a mixed fermentation blend of 7/8 Rulles Brune and 1/8 of one year old lambics, which has matured for eight months in oak.  unfiltered and unpasteurized, refermented for six months in the bottle.

Gueuzerie Tilquin ‘Oude Riesling Tilquin à l’Ancienne’

 (7,7°) 750ml  $70  beer of spontaneous fermentation, made from the fermentation of 270g of Riesling grapes by liter of lambic.  unfiltered and unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle.

Jacks Abby ‘BA Framinghammer : Affogato’ (12°)  750ml  $29

coffee and ice cream are quite possibly one of the best pairings to ever exist, and Jack’s Abby wanted to create this beer inspired by that combination. for this project, they tapped Honesta Coffee – a woman-owned Brazilian Coffee Roaster to supply world-class coffee beans for the recipe.
