One of the first real Belgian Easter beers brewed with pale malt, Golding hops, cane sugar and re-fermented with native honey.

Dulle Teve (Mad Bitch)  (10°) 11,2oz  $17
Brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candy sugar in the brew kettle. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized and can conditioned.

<ALLAGASH>

Coolship Resurgam   (6,4°) 375ml.  $33
Blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old spontaneously fermented beer.  Aged in French oak wine barrels.  Aromas of apricot, lemon zest, and candied fruit.  Notes of tropical fruit and flavors of funk lead to a clean, tart, and dry finish.

A Flanders oud bruin, spontaneously fermented and made with exclusively malts, not wheat. Dark chocolate malt aged in barrels for four years results in a dark and sour blend

3 Fonteinen ‘Oude Geuze’ (7°) 375mlL  $36
A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic unfiltered, unpasteurized and aged in the bottle for at least 6 months after blending. Continued fermentation in the bottle give this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks

Collab w/ Hill Farmstead. Farmhouse saison brewed with spelt and American hops. Effervescent with pronounced bitterness and a dry lemony finish.

Brasserie De Ranke – Mirakel (5,5°)  750mL  $50
A blend of one, two, and three year old lambics.  Two of them are real lambics made by traditional producers of the valley of the Senne River.  The third is made at De Ranke and is called Spierelambic, after the river that runs near the brewery.
